• Are the school leadership practices at our school effective in relation to realising Māori student potential? How do we know?
• What changes could we make to the school leadership practices at our school in order to lift Māori student engagement and achievement potential? What would the changes look like? What impact on Māori student engagement and achievement would we expect to see, if these changes were made?
