Ako Panuku NCEA and the whānau

The Ako Panuku website offers resources and links to assist schools to effectively support whānau and students to understand NCEA.

Links include an NCEA tool kit, a glossary, videos in English and te reo Māori, senior students’ guides, advice on how to use NCEA after leaving school and much more.

Ako Panuku is a Ministry of Education funded professional development suite, supporting Māori secondary school and wharekura teachers with particular emphasis on te reo Māori teachers.

If you are a Māori teacher, teaching in English or Māori-medium settings register with Ako Panuku for access to:

  • upcoming professional development courses (and enrolment)
